Every Friday at 11:11, for every week of your project, one view. This one is a real project in progress, updated every week until the job is done. Nothing is hidden.
Never buried. The first thing on the page, every week.
What it means and what it costs — the same day, in writing.
With the date they're needed by, so nothing slips.
