Construction Supervisor

You run the site. Trades, sequence, inspections, the daily clean, the end-of-day walk. The homeowner knows your name by lunch on day one.

8+ years on residential remodels and additions across Greater Los Angeles; you've opened enough old walls to know what's behind them
You read drawings, hold a schedule, and stop the job when something's wrong
You keep a site the way we do: protected floors, dust barriers, Mon–Fri 9–5
You write things down — the Friday Report starts with your notes

Project Manager

You own the project from contract to closeout: the schedule, the selections, the orders, the change orders, the paperwork. Nothing slips because you're watching.

5+ years managing residential design + build or remodel projects
You write a change order before a nail moves, and you can explain a line item to a homeowner in plain language
You chase lead times, permits and inspections so the client never has to
You sign the Friday Report and mean every line of it

Customer Success Representative

You're the voice people hear first and the one they call at week 30. Walkthrough scheduling, the welcome packet, the 11:11 follow-ups, reviews, referrals, the one-year check-in.

3+ years in a client-facing role where follow-through mattered — hospitality, design, construction, real estate
You reply within a business day without being asked, and you never let a question sit over a weekend
You'd rather solve a problem in writing than talk around it on the phone
You're comfortable working alongside Elvy, our concierge, and making it better
