What we collect, why, and how we reach you.

Who we are

What we collect

Only what you give us and what we need to do the work:

• Contact details — your name, phone number and email.
• Your project — what you'd like done, the home address, whether you own the home and who else is on title, timing, budget range and financing interest.
• Your conversation with Elvy — the messages you exchange with her are sent to our team with your request so a person can pick up where she left off.
• Your preferences — how you'd like to be reached (text, email or both), the day and time you asked for, and whether you chose a phone or video call.
• Approximate location — only if you tap "Use my location" (your browser asks first) or when we use a rough, city-level guess from your connection to show the right service area. Nothing is stored from this.
• Basic technical data — the page you were on, your browser type and the time, attached to your request so we can trace it later.

What we use it for

• To answer you, schedule your consultation call, confirm appointments and set the walkthrough.
• To prepare for the call: checking the address against mapping services and verifying ownership against public property records before we come out.
• To keep you posted on your project if you become a client (the Friday Report, change orders, scheduling).
• To send occasional news or offers from Eleven Home, only if you agreed to hear from us. You can stop those any time.
• To keep records we're required to keep as a licensed California contractor, and to protect against fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers that help us run the site: email delivery for the requests you send us, mapping and address-check services (Google), a city-level location lookup, and the hosting that serves this site. Each gets only what it needs for its job. We also share information when the law requires it.

Texts, calls and emails — your consent

When you tick the contact box on our forms, you agree that Eleven Home may call, text and email you about your request at the number and address you gave, including with automated texts and pre-recorded messages. That consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with your project.

You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or simply tell us by phone or email. Reply HELP to a text for help. We record when and where you gave consent, with the wording you saw, so we can show it if asked.

The microphone

Elvy only listens when you tap the mic button, or if you switch on Hands-free yourself (then the mic opens after each of her replies, a red light shows while it listens, and it switches off again when you close her). Your browser asks for permission first. What you say is turned into text by your browser's speech service (Google's, in Chrome) and only the text is sent to us with your request. We don't record or keep audio.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, your project — plus the period California law requires contractors to keep records. If you never become a client, we don't keep your request longer than we need to, and we delete it on request.

Your California rights

Whatever the thresholds in the law, we extend these to everyone who contacts us: you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and opt out of marketing. Email hello@elevenhomebuilders.com or call (310) 807-1112. We'll confirm who you are and respond within 45 days. We never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Tracking

We don't run advertising trackers and we don't follow you across other sites. Your browser's "Do Not Track" setting changes nothing here because there's nothing to turn off. Elvy remembers a half-finished request on your own device for a day, and a sent request for two weeks, so she can pick up where you left off; that stays in your browser and you can clear it any time.

Children

This site is for adults arranging work on a home. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we update the effective date at the top and, for anyone with an open request or project, let you know directly.
