This is how every project runs with us, from the first conversation to the one-year check-in. Eleven stages, each one written down. Nothing here is aspirational; it's in the contract.
The first three are free, and you can stop after any of them without owing anything.
A short call, by phone or video, with our project lead. What you're picturing, when you'd like to start, the budget you have in mind, and the details we check before we come out.
We come to the house. We measure, listen, photograph, and flag what an older house might be hiding. Not a sales visit.
Every line item, every material, in plain language. Yours to keep, whoever you hire.
Drawings you can read, and materials vetted, selected and reviewed before anything is ordered.
Fixed scope, a payment schedule tied to milestones, a start date and a target finish. California-compliant.
Handled in-house and shown in every Friday Report. You never chase the city for updates.
Floors and paths protected, dust barriers up before demo, and the crew working inside defined construction zones with as little disruption to daily home life as possible. Mon–Fri 9–5.
One team, one schedule. The crew introduced by name on day one. The Friday Report every week. Change orders in writing before any work. If we find something, we stop and show you.
We walk it together, list every item, and finish every item before we call it done.
Warranty document, care guide, permit sign-offs, final photos. The whole Friday Report archive, yours.
Thirty-day and one-year check-ins — and a standing promise to come back for anything that's ours.
Every change order in writing — description, cost, schedule impact — approved by you before any work. No verbal approvals. If we find something behind a wall, we stop and show you first.
Not a job. A standard.
